  1. Hi Natalie. This is Catherine from Wheelhouse. Get in touch with me and we can have your products in our shop! I’ll try to drop by the launch. Congrats!

  2. Hi! Just stumbled upon your website and would love to order some jams. I’m in van too. Let me know if you have any available. My kids love strawberry, raspberry, apricot and pretty much whatever else you recommend.

    • Hello Tima,

Thank-you for your interest! I am almost back in stock with the flavours as posted currently (except for apple and pear jellies) and will be uploading photos/info of new flavours within the week. If you sign-up to follow the site (enter your email address) you will get an update when I post new info. You could then let me know what you’d like once I’ve added the new flavours. Baaad Anna’s Yarn store on E Hastings is my go-to spot to rendezvous with folks for orders and she will also be carrying my jam there soon.

Let me know if that works for you!

Thanks again for your interest – please bare with me while I work out some of the kinks related to selling my product!!

  4. Hello Natalie,
We live in Victoria. A niece brought us a jar of your Saint Clare Plum Spread. It was delightful. Is there anywhere in the Victoria Area, that we could purchase your product? If we ordered a case would you ship it?
    Lorne Holland

    • Hello Lorne,

Thank-you for your message and taking the time to get in touch! I do not yet have any stores carrying East Van Jam in Victoria. I’ve received a number of inquiries from Victoria area stores but haven’t yet set up any sales there as I just don’t know the city well enough to decide which places to pursue! In the mean time, I would be happy to send you a case, but I am all sold out of St Claire Plum for the season save for a couple jars. If you are interested in those, I can arrange shipping and send you an invoice for the total after its shipped?

If you’d like, please send me an email direct to

Thanks again and I’m glad you’ve enjoyed your niece’s gift!

  5. How can I order your jam from Colorado? I had it sent to me from my longtime friend Melissa Larson. Please let me know.

    • Hello Nea,

Thanks for your note. I’m glad Melissa is sharing the jam!!!:) Right now, I am not shipping into the US. The restrictions and complications around cross-border food product shipments are a hassle to say the least and so for now it is not something I am trying to deal with. I have only just begun shipping within Canada! I’m sorry I don’t have any good news:( I sure appreciate your interest though!

  9. Good Evening Natalie,
Yesterday I received a gift box of your East Van Jams – absolutely wonderful flavours. When you decide to expand, think chutneys – you would be awesome building chutneys and think about all the foods your spreads would then cover!! Have a wonderful and prosperous New Year.

    • Such wonderful words – thanks so much for taking the time to reach out! I will certainly keep your idea in mind for my growth plans and product expansion!
      All the best in 2017!

    • Hello Jeremy!

Wow, thanks so much for taking the time to leave a comment with such kind words! I am so glad to hear you’ve enjoyed your first foray trying East Van Jam and here’s to hoping you’ll enjoy more in the near future!

    • Hello Leslie, Firstly, thanks so much for seeking out East Van Jam! That is a heart-warming note to get:) Not to worry, Edible Canada is still a current stockist, but they were out of stock. I will be dropping a new order on Monday coming – Cherry, Strawberry and Blackberry. Thanks for your note and my apologies for the inconvenience to you! If you are looking for a more thorough selection, please come say hi this weekend at the Got Craft market!!

    • Hi there! Fig Vicious is at the whim of available local figs – sometimes (most times) really hard to pin down enough fruit to get some batches going. For now, it’s up in the air. As this flavour is not one available for retail sale, if I am able to make some this year, it will only be available for sale in-person at shows I will be doing in the fall/lead-up to the holidays. I’m sorry I don’t have a more certain response for you!!! If you are able, please follow along on instagram for updates in this regard. (@eastvanjam)

      Many thanks for your interest!
