This ornery Corvid chooses his own flight path and he suffers no fools. His strong flavours collide to keep the weaker types at a wingspan: ruddy Juniper undertones carry the bold, tart black currant aloft.
Best enjoyed with a very earthy cracker and a soft goat cheese. Or on your breakfast yogurt with a little seedy granola.

Please note we now stamp each jar with a suggested Best Before Date. This date reflects an 18 to 24 month shelf life from production date. Colour will fade over time, but the jam is still safe to eat so long as the jar has remained sealed. And remember - like the jar label says - once opened, store in fridge and consume within 2 weeks. Low sugar content means short fridge life. It's a trade off!
